Today Network Marketing is bigger and better than ever. Companies have gotten better at providing more support, better tools, and more opportunity. Products have gotten better with more advanced technology and science that has created items that have mass appeal. Compensation plans have advanced so much that the average man or women can now reach financial freedom faster than in any other time in Network Marketing history. Yet millions still find it difficult to develop their business, let alone produce an income that can launch them into a lifetime of wealth and freedom.
The following three principles have the power to transform your Network Marketing career. These strategies are used by every multi-million dollar earner to ensure they become master recruiters. Make these a part of your business and personal development and you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams.
Principle #1: Become the Leader Others Want to Follow
250 million people in America alone are caught in a vicious routine. They get up in the morning to go to a job they hate. Spend 8 or more hours doing things they detest. Then they end up with the disillusioned prospect of starting the whole cycle over again tomorrow.
It is a refreshing change when these people meet and communicate with someone who is on fire, someone who is passionate about something. These days most people are in a rut, and they are looking for a way out of the rut. More importantly for you, they are looking for someone to lead them out of the rut, someone and/or something that could offer a glimmer of hope. They crave a leader who can fire them up and lead them out of the darkness and into the light.
Therefore the first key element to becoming a recruiting magnet is to become the leader others are looking for. Amway superstar, Bob Crisp used to say, "If you can get on fire people will come from miles away to see you burn." Now here is the key, you must be able to set yourself apart from everyone else your prospect associates or comes in contact with. Mastering this technique will make your prospect envy you. People are attracted to passionate, charismatic leaders. They want you to infect them and inspire them.
The number one question you must answer in the prospects mind is, "Can this person lead me?" How do you do that? You must learn to set a vision that will spark a fire within that person. In Network Marketing setting a grand vision and leading the way to it's achievement is true leadership.
As great as setting the vision is, it is only part one of the effective recruiting component. You may be able to set the vision with hundreds of people, however without the second step to this system your results will be dismal at best.
Principle #2: Simplify Success
In order to turn your initial communications into a business commitment you must have the prospect answer the second all-important question, "Can I do this?"
Establishing yourself as a leader who is on fire is futile unless you are able to have the prospect convince themselves that they truly can succeed in your business. You do that by demonstrating to the prospect a simplified system for success they can use. Network Marketing is not about recruiting. It's about duplicating. Here is where your company and upline are vitally important. Make sure you have a proven, simplified system to offer your prospect.
A good phrase to use is "Let me show you how simple it is", then explain how your program markets itself. Since most people resist selling, a good idea is to demonstrate how using videos, cassettes, or company brochures can effortlessly explain your product or service.
An established system feeds and empowers the vision you provide. This gives your prospect the mechanics to success. It paints pictures in their minds.
Principle #3: Posture
The final element to massive recruiting, posturing, will strengthen the first two strategies. Posturing is the attitude of leaders. It is not arrogance, but a calm self-assuredness in yourself, your company, and your system of success. It is an air you so subtly express that you have the courage to walk away from any prospect that doesn't see the value in the amazing opportunity you present. Realize that people don't want to be begged into a business, they want to be lead. After all, they don't want to have to beg people to join them. Posture draws people. This attitude strengthens your leadership and solidifies your expressed belief in your business. Don't be afraid to walk away from anyone and you will attract more people.

Incorporate the three techniques outlined here and you will begin attracting the masses.
