Title: Are Your Autosurf Programs Cheating You? Written By: Richard Tschappat

Not all traffic exchanges are created equal. Most can be run without the member being present. This being the case, how many people are viewing your websites?
Any exchange you join should have safeguards in place to make sure your pages are being viewed. The program should not support being run in minimized mode for any length of time, or to be started multiple times by the same user at the same time. Surprisingly enough, many exchanges allow both of these practices.
Look for an exchange that uses blockframes. A blockframe is an anticheating device that pops up at random asking the user to click on an object. If the user does not click on it, credit is not issued and the program stops. This feature insures that your viewing credits are being used only when someone is viewing your pages. Imagine the difference in your response rate with a feature like this.
Exchanges with blockframes usually reward you for being present. After a preset amount of page views, you usually receive a 20% bonus. This translates into substantially more viewing credits in return for your viewing of other members pages.
While it may seem to be an inconvenience to actually view pages, think about this for a moment. User A starts the program and walks away. User B, C, and D do the same. How many people just saw your page? Does it make sense to belong to a program like this? Can you see why your results are substantially less than expected?
Joining 1 exchange with anticheat measures installed will give you far better results than all of the exchanges you may currently be a member of. Just a 1/2 hour per day can generate decent results.
Be wary of exchanges that promise huge amounts of credits for signup and 1:1 ratios. I'll tell you why right now.
An exchange cannot possibly deliver more traffic than what its users view. A 1:1 ratio means you get 1 view back in return for every page you viewed. Just how does the exchange fulfill the demand for those who buy huge amounts of credits?
The answer to this may shock you. Some exchanges send hits to a proxy server, meaning your stats show a credit was used even though your page was never delivered to another users computer. Are you being cheated out of what you have purchased or earned?
Read on... and I'll tell you how to spot the cheaters.
If an exchange has a 1:1 ratio, high referral points, but your account is always empty, there is a 90% chance you have just caught a cheater.
The reason why the above is so accurate is this: with the above ratios for all users, and people having the ability to purchase credits, you should always have some credits left in your account. What I'm referring to here is a daily balance of 0.
A lot of exchanges update their page rotations daily. I mention this because a low amount of credits in your account doesn't mean anything is necessarily wrong.
What usually happens in a rotation update is all users of the program get an equal amount of hits. Example: 10,000 page views were generated on a given day with 1,000 total users. Each user received 10 views, even if they did not participate that day.
Another version of page rotation is that frequent users of the program get a higher ratio of their pages delivered. Example: You miss a day of logging in and using the system. You will notice fewer of your pages were delivered that day. This is to prevent people from just signing up to receive free credits without ever viewing any pages. This improves your overall response rate.
If you are a frequent user in this type of rotation, it will cause your account to be low in credits. This is simply because you were rewarded for being a frequent user of the system.
Example: 10,000 page views, this time divided by only 100 frequent users. Each user gets about 100 page views. Do you see how much more fair this type of system is? Professional marketers should seek out the programs that reward for frequent use.
