DocumentsCentral.com is the sole owner of the information collection on DocumentsCentral.com/EzinesCentral.com.

DocumentsCentral.com/EzinesCentral.com collects information from our users at several different points on our web sites.

Newsletters/Ezines
In order to receive our Bi-Weekly Company Newsletter, Marketing Specials and/or our Weekly Advertising and Marketing Ezine, a subscriber must first optin, then complete one of our Newsletter and Ezine registration forms through the Companies list host Bravenet. During this registration a potential subscriber will only be required to give their name, email, and sending preferences such as a Text or HTML based email format. This is for the sole purpose of weekly sending only and upon the initial subscription request, for our protection, the potential subscribers IP address is recorded. Any other information that could be presented upon the sign-up form and during subscription requests, does not serve us any purpose to collect during this registration and therefore is not asked for or used.

Orders
All personal web site Merchant Services for DocumentsCentral.com/EzinesCentral.com are processed by and handled thru the web sites Primary Payment Processor - Authorize.net and its optional Payment Processor - PayPal. This in itself will ensure the Client/Customer the upmost privacy as this information is collected through and sent through one payment processor only i.e. The potential Client/Customer is only required to enter any information such as their name, email, shipping address, credit card no. and/or check information only once. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill potential Client/Customer orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is then used to contact the Client/Customer.

Information Use
As DocumentsCentral.com has stated in the previous paragraph, this information is used for billing purposes and to fill potential Client/Customer orders only. Once a Client/Customer order is processed, then filled, this information will only be used to send by EMail/US Postal Mail at the sole discretion of DocumentsCentral.com any company brochures, catalogs, sales or coupon notices. After purchase, all EMail/US Postal Mail sent thru/by the web site is completely optional and the subscriber/customer may opt out at any time simply by following the instructions contained within each.

Profile
DocumentsCentral.com will only collect page information of a user. This is done through the use of log gif files and a special tracking through its own [Private] Affiliates Program. This is done for the sole purpose of creating a profile/page preference of our visitors and for payment purposes to our Affiliates. DocumentsCentral.com does not collect nor does it store any cookie information from a page by page view. Nor does it consequently collect any personally identifiable information of its visitors. Cookies are only used by the web site for tracking of its Affiliate Members.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users' computer tied to information about the user. As is stated in the previous paragraph DocumentsCentral.com/EzinesCentral.com does not store nor does it collect any information from cookies on its web site, except in the usage of its Affiliate Members. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our web site, it is simply used to track its Affiliate Members promotional efforts and aids in the purpose of their individual payment processing only. There are both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once visitors close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the visitor's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions.

Persistent cookies do enable a company to track and target the interests of its visitors to enhance the experience on its site. As DocumentsCentral.com is implementing the Profile/Page preference method, except in the area of the tracking of its Affiliate Members promotions, it does not for any reason use the cookie preference method. Log Files
Like most standard web site servers DocumentsCentral.com does use log files. However as is previously stated in the above paragraph, this and any gif files is all we use. A log file will include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and the number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track a visitor's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information such as viewing type, country, and/or unique visitor types for aggregate use, both for the web site itself and its Affiliate Members.

As your privacy while visiting our site is of the upmost importance, IP addresses etc. are used as they are not linked to any personally identifiable information. This is used only to determine a visitor's page or viewing preference and in the case of clicking through an Affiliates Members link, to aid in tracking the payment process. The tracking utility used for the web sites Affiliate Members is provided and implemented through the web sites Primary Payment Processor - Authorize.net for the sole purpose of payment to its Affiliate Members only. We do not use any other tracking utilities with our log files to analyze a visitor's movements.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
As is previously stated in the above section, DocumentsCentral.com and its Affiliate Members use only log and/or gif files to track any visitor viewing and/or page preference. This policy is also carried over to any Weekly Newsletters or Ezines that are sent. This enables us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns only. No other tracking methods are used or stored for any reason.

Any third parties such as DocumentsCentral.com's Affiliated or Associated Partners, Banner or Traffic Advertisers may use a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that will give them the ability to better manage any content that is displayed on our site by informing them of what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users'. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs can be tied to users' personally identifiable information.

Clear gifs can "work with" any existing cookies on a computer if they are both from the same web site or advertising companies. That means, for example, that if a person visited www.company.com, which uses an advertising company's clear gif, the web site or advertising company would match the clear gif's identifier and the advertising company's cookie ID number, to show the past online behavior for that computer. Any new members receiving any Special Offers and Updates from the web site are received through DocumentsCentral.com's current and existing Weekly Newsletters or Ezines. Out of respect for the privacy of our visitors we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Due to the nature of our site's content (i.e. Catalog Services) DocumentsCentral.com does not have any current nor any future plans to implement the use of a password or user name usability based standard. Newsletters and Ezines
DocumentsCentral.com publishes a combination Bi-Weekly Newsletter, Marketing Special and Weekly Classifieds Ezine. We take great pride in the ability to publish and send our visitors these weekly communications. As a result DocumentsCentral.com has placed these communications on a totally separate list host provider - Bravenet. They are totally double opt-in and automated through this list provider (i.e. The subscriber must reply to the automated confirmation that is sent before a subscription request is considered confirmed). Recently presented separately, to allow for continued growth and to further protect our subscribers privacy. Out of further respect for our subscribers privacy DocumentsCentral.com provides an option, through our list provider - Bravenet in each independent publication, to opt-out of these communications.

Service Announcements
On occasion it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement, solo ad announcement or web site update. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send subscribers an email.

This is for the sole purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements on this site and other sites. For example, these companies use cookies and clear gifs on this site, which allow them to recognize a users' cookie when a user visits this site. The information they collect and share through this technology is not personally identifiable. Third Party Intermediaries

Service Providers
We partner with other third parties: Specifically ClickBank, Link Share, and Adlandpro Affiliates and Associates Programs. When a visitor buys any products or services through these third parties, these products or services will be shipped through these individual parties, they will then often send DocumentsCentral.com a confirmation regarding the item bought and/or the Client/Customer name. This is necessary for the third party to provide these services and for DocumentsCentral.com's records. As all company Newsletters/Ezines are opt-in, this information is not used for any other purpose other than to provide a confirmation of service or product purchased and any other payment information etc. is not provided. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Business Transitions
In the event DocumentsCentral.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email, a prominent notice on our web site for the 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. Choice/Opt-out
Our visitors are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, when an item is purchased through any merchant credit card or check service, a double opt-in subscription request is sent first, and the Client/Customer must confirm through the accompanied email before any further Newsletter or Ezine communications are sent. As is previously stated, our Newsletters/Ezines are totally automated and stored through a list provider - Bravenet. Subscribers who no longer wish to receive our Newsletter or Ezine promotional communications may 'opt-out' of receiving these communications simply by clicking on the provided link, that is provided through our list host, and that is listed in each communication sent. As this is not stored through the web site for any reason, simply sending an unsubscribe email request through the web site will not unsubscribe you and will delay the initial request as sent.

Visitors of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our visitors can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

This to is offered through a separate provider, TAF Master. The TafMaster will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our web site. As can be noted through the preceding link through to this page, this to is a purely opt-in service provided through the TAF Master web site. The TAF Master stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
